Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
- Qatar (Domestic): Standard delivery 3–5 business days | Express delivery 1–2 business days
- UAE & GCC Countries: 5–10 business days
- International (Europe, US, Australia & more): 10–20 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $120.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
